When I was checking out at a register, an Indian woman approached me and gazed at items I tried to purchase very carefully even though she did not help anything, saying you scan that with this device with a frown face. And for the item that I just picked up from a store shelf, the woman said to me you should remove one item from that box because it had one more than the written quantity. It was right, but her attitude to me was very uncomfortable. Frown face, tracing to me from another place she stood before I came, and gazing at what I purchased. I don 't want to go there when the store is not busy, because a stuff will approach and search for what I purchase and the quantity is exactly rig...
I would like to say thank you to BJ's employees, who always had the biggest smile and made us feel welcome. All products were very attentive and explained what they thought would be most beneficial for our money. After reviewing all of the information along with the flyer we expected to use, BJs was indeed correct. We look forward to returning to BJ's for more of their excellent customer service.?
Have been a BJ's member for quite some time and, usually, shop at the Northborough location. The employees are always friendly, informative and professional. I also had the opportunity to interact with the store manager, Malika, at one point and she made me feel that, if at any time, I was dissatisfied or had an issue I could ask for her assistance. In fact, 90% of our shopping is done there.
Jamie our cashier was so friendly and polite during a very hectic day. Most of all our experiences cashing out at this store are dreadful. Jamie is exactly the type of employee that should be acknowledged for her patience, friendliness and overall positive attitude towards customers! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I am a happy and satisfied customer of BJ’s Wholesale Club. I enjoy shopping at their store and gas station, which are located in a great complex in Northborough. I can find almost everything I need at reasonable prices, and I also receive discount coupons on groceries and home goods. I would rate this store 5 stars!
Only warehouse club that offers a deli that slices to order your deli meat and cheeses. Liquor offerings are great. BJ's offers a better selection for smaller households compared to Costco or Sam's. Do wish they had the Food Court that those two offer.
Always help from crue, but today not only did I get help from the cashier, but she saved me, by finding my phone, saving it totally and refusing to get a payback for such a savior to me. Thank you and please tell her how good she is.

Excellent work by the tire team! They quickly located my tire, set up an appointment for me, and did an outstanding job with the installation. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!
