Ordered pickup. Older waitress incredibly rude, did not even give me receipt, she would barely even look at me. She handed me my food and walked away without a word. I stood there thinking the transaction was incomplete because she did not give me my change either. A DIFFERENT employee had to come over to me to ask if I needed anything else. I’ve ordered from here before, but I certainly will not return after how dismissive and rude this woman was. Visited(garden city location) 5/15/24 me and my family had a horrible experience with our server Chrissy. For starters our server made us feel uncomfortable. As we got our appetizer a table was being seated to the side of our table. Our server comes right pass us, greets the table to the side of us for the first time baring gifts, a basket of bread with plates. We were very much appalled. She never asked us were our appetizers okay at any point until the food came, even then she came 10 min later. The establishment very much gave racial and unwelcome. BK’s is a great place to have a drink and dinner when in Garden City. The atmosphere is lively and full of laughter, the food is delicious (especially the sliders), and you can choose from a variety of wines to fit your taste. Staff here is always friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going there to eat for over 20 years.

Family's food was very good. Burgers, ribs, and onion rings were very tasty and cooked nicely. My French dip was sort of tasteless, but in their defense, I ordered it with no cheese. Will definitely go back and try something else.

bk's is always fantastic! food, service, vibe top of the tops! finally got around to trying their weck sandwich, so good, i was a little disappointed it wasn't served on the traditional caraway seed bun, but it still rocked!

A bit pricey. Ordered a medium burger and edges were well done. Drinks were good. Service was good. Server was willing and enthusiastic to give recommendations.

They have a very good kitchen but the staff makes this place. The bartenders and servers are the best.
