Tip Entitlement Never greeted or welcomed. I had to initiate the conversation and said 'hi ' The girl behind the register barely replied or looked at me. Asked for my cuban and rice&beans. No reaction. I said to go and she says Name? turns around the iPad and it asks for Tip. If I get to-go, and there 's no customer service whatsoever I won 't tip. So I declined. She makes the worst face but says nothing. Just stares at me. No Thank you or anything. This tip entitlement has gone too far. They don 't do anything other than male the food and expect a tip. Learn the minimum how to greet a customer and you will get tip. I have other options to get a good Cuban sandwish and I will chose to spend...

Black Bean Deli is a great local spot that serves great Cuban cuisine for an affordable price. Their sandwiches are amazing, and the yuca fries are a must-have. They’re crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and come with a nice sauce to accent its flavor. Highly recommend to anyone in the area if you’re looking for a quick bite nice atmosphere

I’ve eaten here so many times on this trip to Orlando .. it is incredible!! Also huge shout out to Ally she is amazing, and has exceptional service — give her a raise because she is awesome!!! She recommended so many different menu items every time I went and thank goodness I took her recommendations because I LOVE the food!!! Amazing!!!!

I’m curious when the Frita started coming with a fried egg and an excessive amount of mayo. I just ordered one, and that’s how it arrived, which I found really off-putting. I don’t understand why you would alter such a fantastic sandwich, which I would call the Original Fritas, with those changes. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great food and service. The picadillo empanada, the “pan con lechón “ and fried yuca are very good. Coffee is good too, but make sure you explicitly ask for NO sugar if you don’t want it or if you want to get the amount of it you want (their coffees will have sugar bu default)

This is undoubtedly the best coffee shop in the city. The drinks and food are of exceptional quality and reasonably priced. I just wish they had a location in the Hour Glass District so I could visit more frequently!

I had one of the best Cuban sandwiches I've ever tasted in Florida. I highly recommend Black Bean Deli for an authentic Cuban experience. The plantains were equally delicious!

The food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Prices are a little bit high but you get what you pay for. Parking is limited and inside seating is limited. Reserva una mesa ahora

The Ropa Viejas empanadas are absolutely essential to try. The platters are amazing!
