The service at this restaurant was terrible. Our server disappeared for at least 10 minutes before finally taking our order. We waited a long time for our food, even though it wasn't crowded. When a different server brought our food, I asked for a certain condiment and she said they had it, but never brought it to me. I ended up eating without it because my food was getting cold. I also wanted extra gravy, but had to almost beg my original server for it. By the time I got it, everything was cold. I have never been so ignored in a restaurant before, especially since I was sitting right up front where everyone could see me.
