After moving back to the valley, we decided to treat ourselves to a nice breakfast. We were not disappointed! Despite a bit of a wait, Adam's food and service made it worth it. Adam, our server, was outstanding and had a fantastic attitude towards us. He was busy but always made sure our coffee and soda were refilled promptly, any additional requests were quickly fulfilled, and he maintained a smile and positive demeanor during a bustling late morning rush. We will definitely return and request Adam as our server. We can't praise him enough for his work ethic and excellent customer service. Delicious food at a reasonable price. There is an egg white omelette called the Acapulco and it comes with chicken for under $10. But what is really amazing is the service and today they were out of banana creme pies at breakfast but the manager knew I wanted one so whipped one up for me in no time at all! I love this place. It never lets me down. Been here many times with family and friends, and it's a crowd pleaser for all. Great food, prices, staff, atmosphere, menu items, and they always treat my 12 year old son great. My nephew and I were told the wait was 15-20 minutes. 9 minutes later, we were seated. You have the most amazing OJ. Our food was delicious. We shared the big foot breakfast and still couldn't finish it all. Black Bear has never disappointed. The service was great. My 9 year old even commented how nice our server was. If HE noticed, you know it was outstanding. Glendale AZ

We enjoyed breakfast at this restaurant three times, allowing us to get a good sense of the restaurant, staff, and food quality. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend trying the chicken roasted steak, eggs, hash browns, and biscuits. On Fridays, they offer an all-you-can-eat option. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed everything from the waitress who was on her game and very funny, The meal was great, large portions and everyone at the table agreed. We will be back again when we visit Phoenix again. Would be the best thing ever if we had a Black Bear Diner in Prescott, AZ.

The best place for breakfast, they have it all day. The service was great by Cindy Ray. I would recommend this place to everyone. If you are missing from the east coast, you are an excellent substitute.

Whenever I visit AZ, I always make sure to have breakfast at this place! It truly offers the best breakfast in town. The portions are generous and Cindy Rae is an exceptional waitress.
