Black Forest Pastry Shop

I'm saddened to say that I had the most unfortunate experience here. I've been coming to this shop with my family for a long time now, and have always recieved mediocre customer service. However, last week (April 27) I was extremely disappointed with the service I recieved. The staff members seemed disinterested and unhelpful from the moment I walked in the door. Despite being the only customer in the shop at the time, I was left standing at the counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I finally managed to place my order, the staff member who took it was impatient and unfriendly. I asked a few questions about the pastries on display, but received curt and uninformative...

I always wanted to try their TUNA MELT as i loveeee TUNA.I wanted to give it a try today. so I ordered the TUNA melt and had no Idea how its gonna look like or taste, i also got 2 of their VEGAN SAMOSA. I get them and come home open the box and i go OH MY GOD! that looks soo damnn YUM! honestly every single bite i was talking i felt in heaven! and then the samosa OH MY.... super duper yummy! i am just a BIG FAN of this place! not just good food but they girls working there are super friendly! so polite and professional! i dont think i will ever go to SUBWAY again for TUNA sandwish. i found my FAV place! thank you guys for such a good work and service! AMAZING!!!!

Just entering this place the woman attending said she was in a rush, and very busy to take our order. A rushed girl took our order, pressing us to choose something. Another client pointed at some pastries indicating I could choose anything but her pastries , because she was waiting for them and asked them first. A horrible experience, even when the taste was not too bad, the customer service is horrible. I will not come back.

I had the pleasure of trying this pastry shop with my family for my mom‘s birthday. They made a beautiful black forest cake that was delicious.The cake was light, not overly sweet. The whipped cream was fresh, and delicious.My mom said “this is simply the best black forest cake she has ever had in her life“.I would highly recommend we will be returning. Reserva una mesa ahora

We all know that the chocolate chip cookies at Black Forest Pastry Shop are absolutely the best. I have recently discovered another hidden gem, their banana cream pie. I highly recommend that you try their banana cream pie, it's absolutely delicious.

First time visiting the pastry shop yesterday, and will be the last. The BF cake we bought was no where near expectations. For the price, a Walmart cake would have been better. The cream was foul and the cake layers had no flavour.So disappointing :

The best chocolate cupcakes and egg salad sandwiches. The empire cookies are alsp yummy. Very fresh and friendly staff. I came in once holding my baby and a staff was kind enough to grab my drink for me and help me out.
