Black Horse Tavern Grill

We arrived at the restaurant for our reservation, and the hostess told me that they aren’t notified when there is an OpenTable reservation. She then said she had to ask her manager to check. She left for a few minutes came back to the podium and began seating other people. After about five minutes, I went up to the podium to check with the hostess, and she said that she couldn’t honor the reservation and this happens all the time with OpenTable. She said she would add us to the end of the wait list, which would have been a minute wait. I have never had this happen with any other OpenTable reservation and will never visit Black Horse Tavern again

This is the second time I’ve eaten here...The first time the food was great...This last time the restaurant ran out of meat..How do you run out of food at a restaurant..
