excellent eating to very cheap trips. my wife chose a house made steak and ale cake, which was beautifully cooked with a huge part of steak inside with beautiful crisp baked. I had a beautiful omelette with a fresh cold and crispy salate. there was a good selection of ideas and be on the train. it was also particularly clean and the renter was very pleasant. we would recommend this great place in a beautiful location.

fantastic hotel and very friendly staff! we organized a group meeting for the 34 participants of our 3-day mysterious road trip through the united kingdom and the black lion was a great choice. the outside area is beautiful and very spacious. eating is great, with a lot of gear and equipment. highly recommended and we will certainly visit the black lions during our trip in the juni next year!

I went to hereford on Friday. I spent a lot of my vacation in hereford as a child, but was not for about 50 years. my friend and I called to a late lunch in the black lions. we had the best steak pee I ever tasted. we will definitely go back and it will not be 50 years to visit my next.

fabulous, honest eating, great portions, polite, happy staff. kerry needs a mention as she took care of our dog (treats and water), which was served behind the bar and also the chef was smiling! also homemade cakes were amazing.

Great home made traditional pub food, locally sourced. Their own pies are great! An old coaching house. Unpretentious and friendly
