We go to the Barn often but the service has gone downhill. Now before you all say that service these days is not good and this is the new way, these issues could have been avoided. There were plenty of staff. All the other tables had no issues so it only seemed to be our waiter. Not sure if he was properly trained but he was mixing up tables of food and very confused. He honestly seemed overwhelmed. I don't think this job is for him. There were 6 other tables complaining. We waited 20 min for service no issue on our part. We ordered 2 salads. I found Black River Auto on GoogleMaps while looking for a mechanic close to my job and went first just to get an estimate. Kyle at Black River Auto took 5 minutes to look at my truck, getting on the ground under it to clearly see and explain the issue, and gave me an estimate on the spot. I had also gone to Automotive Magic for an estimate because it was close and I had heard good things about them. Automotive Magic had to put my truck on a lift and look at it for an hour before telling me they would price parts and call with an estimate. Black River Barn catered our wedding rehearsal dinner on Thanksgiving evening, 2021. I want to thank Dean and his team for the preparation of a delicious dinner, an efficient set-up/clean-up and transparent and professional communication throughout the whole process. We are thankful for their professionalism.

Kyle is the only person I trust with my car. They are extremely professional and punctual. Additionally, they are honest and offer competitive prices. I had a fantastic experience at this establishment. The customer service was unbeatable—10/10. The staff were incredibly friendly, the work was excellent (and I tend to be particular), and everything was completed promptly. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.
