The drive thru is awkward and super small. Definately don't suggest a truck to go through as the one that was ahead of me had major issues and backed up a few times to make the corners. Someone came to my car to place my order becuase there was a line which was great however I had not seen a menu since its only at the window. Ive only ever been twice now. They do have a reward system but make sure you give them your number as they dont automatically ask.

The customer service wasn't outstanding, and the drink they prepared for me felt hastily made. It was a blended blondie, and I was left unimpressed. I would give it a 3-star rating.

The restaurant was very busy, but the staff were incredibly accommodating. I haven't had a single bad drink so far. I especially love that they offered eggnog this year!

This location is significantly better than the one on 82nd. The staffing is much more efficient.
