Blackbirds' Grille

We ran away from the rain and tried something else in Sayville! Most of the elements on the menu remember New Orleans, so it was an instant love (Gator tail, Jambalaya, roasted cancers, etc. We have the dry friction wings with one side of their homemade buffalo sauce. The fried green tomatoes that came with a sauce, the No Other! Our Entrees were ordered from the special menu (an additional huge plus when we go out. I have the lobster roll (cold because the bartender recommended it over the warm. Babe got the Mahi Mahi Tacos (not too black on request and they were cooked for perfection. The staff is so personal and we really enjoyed every minute here. Come back.

Blackbirds is a great place! It is a great place to take drinks and food with friends. We ordered a lot of appetizers and drinks from their season cocktail menu. I can see why this place always attracts so much and is fun!
