My second visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The service was extremely slow during my first visit, but I wanted to give it another chance. When I arrived at 7 PM, there were five employees working and about six customers ahead of me in line. However, only two workers were actively doing their job, while the others seemed uninterested or were hiding in the back. It took us 30 minutes to place our order and an additional 7 minutes to receive our food. This lack of efficiency was a stark contrast to my positive experiences at other Blaze locations. Edit: Another disappoint experience. After placing an order, I go to pick it up and am told Keto crust is only available in a 6 inch pizza. After paying for the $4 upcharge, it was $15.75 for a 6 in pizza. The employee argued with me over the issue andstated it was not a menu item. When shown a screenshot from the website that showed the 10 in keto crust as an option, they saidthe website was wrong. I then asked for a refund of the difference from the 10 in pizza and the 6 inch they prepared and wastold no refund would be made. I had to have them remake it in cauliflower, which definitely was not my first choice. After itwas remade, it was very sparse on toppings.
I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious pizza at Blaze pizzeria when I visited with my family. Despite the busy atmosphere, the wait was definitely worth it! The pizza was unlike anything I've had before. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Kennedy, in particular, was exceptionally helpful in assisting us with our order for a group of 10 people. Great work by the team!
Finally tried Blaze Pizza. I ordered a customized pizza and their fresh berry salad. The pizza was so so good! It tasted fresh and pretty cheap for what I chose to put in it. I love it and I wish I tried this place a long time ago. Their fresh berry saladis officially my favorite thing in the world! I would definitely be back. Craving for it now. Great service!
