I had a meal with my parents as part of our Christmas meet up. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow with drinks taking twenty minutes to arrive and food even more so. We only received our food once my mother flagged the issue with a manager who was hanging around the kitchen. I'm not sure if the kitchen was struggling with the lunch time period but it was just ridiculous. for drinks were good, although we were really disappointed that the waiting staff were mostly focused on a large table who were celebrating a birthday. I understand that large numbers bring in more money but we felt forgotten about.

Big shoutout to Las Iguanas Basingstoke, Matt especially, for dealing with a terrible Deliveroo experience tonight after our food arrived late, freezing cold and missing items. Matt processed our refund when Deliveroo refused, even though it wasn’t their error. Great customer service

for cocktails I can't go wrong. a impeccable service, although we did not receive our order and it was quickly corrected with a huge apology. eat before and loved eating, but not on the time of being there....we check again when I eat

eating was very good; the service was good and the restaurant was perhaps capacity. I can highly recommend the tapas dishes for just try the cauliflower for something else. I had a beautiful Chilean beer. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great music and atmosphere. Enjoyed a small celebration with my family. Incredible food, excellent service. Highly recommend!

delicious food! the personal is very helpful. but there was no toilet paper in any cubic and the hand dryers were broken.
