A great hometown healthfood grocerier with community minded owners. The owners are awesome people who want to help their neighbors. I'm new to the area and needed a place to work for a few weeks while my internet was installed. They saw my dilemma and offered so much help and support. By setting up a co-work space for me. We had a really delicious lunch here and then went grocery shopping. Some of the best gluten free avocado toast I've ever had and I loved the potato salad.The mushroom soup could've used a lot more seasoning, but the acai bowl was pretty darn good. Great gluten free grocery options here also.Loved this last minute find!

best organic local produce in town they even make custom bowls smoothies and juices the staff is very informative about healing medicine from foods herbs and oils
