Toby's Coffee is fantastic, with skilled baristas and the best menu within a 5-kilometer radius. The menu is well executed and difficult to find fault with, although the limited variety of blends is a drawback. It seems that many Sydney cafes feel compelled to offer the same menu as every other cafe in order to compete. Having spent time in Melbourne, I appreciate the creativity and uniqueness many cafes there bring to the table. To truly stand out and attract more customers, Blends could benefit from some innovative ideas to set it apart from the rest. While Blends is already great, a touch of creativity could give it the competitive edge needed to make me a regular customer.
