There are no pictures! Phones and belongings are locked up in personal, locked lockers to provide total darkness with dinner. We are guided to dinner by wait persons who are either blind or visually impaired as they explain the concept of the restaurant. They communicate directly to you as how walk, follow and seat yourself at the table. We picked the mystery dinner, and could only guess at the foods we were eating, the foods were Swiss and we didn’t always know what we were eating. A really great experience eating here. Everything went smoothly with the reservation, even one more person registered two days earlier. The instructions were great. Our service was very friendly and courteous. It was also exciting not knowing what you would be served. Because you don't have the sense to see, your sense of hearing increases. The service is impeccable (Anja) Food is always a matter of taste. The meat was good, dessert was delicious. 2dl red wine 18.90. The receptionist is definitely the wrong person to be the first, last and overall contact. Unfriendly and no factual introduction. If you've ever missed your school class chairs, look forward to it.
Very tasteful food! The surprise menu in particular makes it an experience. Our waiter was really very accommodating and we felt extremely comfortable the entire time. However, the volume in the hall was very high, so people had difficulty understanding each other.
Truly a unique experience! The concept is super exciting and the service staff is simply incredible, really strong performance. The food is okay, nothing special, but you go there for the experience and not really for the food.
