Blk Burgrz - Reserva de mesa

This is a poorly-run restaurant. They cooked my burger wrong (I asked for it well-done and they served me a pink patty). They offered to remake it, and the waiter originally said I could keep the rare one also (I figured I would to take it home for my husband rather than have it thrown away). After about 5 minutes, the waiter cane back and said that unfortunately, he would need to take the improperly cooked burger back. The owner was sitting at one of the tables and was apparently angry about wasting food. I had already taken a BITE out of my burger. No, guys, you can’t put eaten food back in the grill. Sorry. Cook it right the first time if you don’t want to waste food. The waiter insisted...

Terrible service. Wife’s burger ordered medium...was raw she had spit it out. The tuna Tower was very very fishy. Service was so slow we didn’t have a chance to send back the burger. When waiter returned we just sent it back and asked it be taken off the bill which he did very politely and apologized Then the owner came over and chastised my wife for not saying something sooner so they could fix it. Unbelievable how unprofessional he was and have nothing but excuses. Ridiculous. We’ve been here before and food and service was great. It’s hit or miss. Probably better when the owner isn’t there lol.

We've been wanting to try BLK Burgrz for a while now, since we pass by it every day on our way to the gym. Finally, we had a date night and were absolutely impressed! My husband, who is a big burger fan, said it was the best burger he's ever had! The chips they served before the meal, as well as everything else we ordered, were fantastic. We will definitely be making a point to go back soon.

The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance, especially the outdoor seating area. The service was exceptional. We visited for a birthday dinner and the owner greeted us with a "happy birthday" and even gave us a complimentary dessert. I accidentally lost an earring there, but they found it and secured it in their safe, which really impressed me with their integrity. Reserva una mesa ahora

Service was great. Server very helpful with making our selections. Bit the bullet though and purchased a filet mignon for $55. (Trabuco Steak House has the best for $20 cheaper. Several tendons throughout the filet left it very chewy. Didn't mention because other 3 dinners were delicious. Dessert was yummy.

This was our fourth or fifth visit to BLK, and we’ve always been pleased. The patio is delightful, inside is nice as well. We’ve had salads, steaks, burgers and the flatbread pizza all fresh and delicious. The service is impeccable, without being stuffy. I can recommend without reservation.

service was great, eating well, the fact that I had to be charged for a 2nd cup coffee, was ridiculous and a bad taste in my mouth regarding this decor...spent $140 in front of top between four of us to dinner and they can not even fill my second cup coffee bad decision!

Loved the atmosphere. Waitress was super nice. Appetizer was yummy! But when burger is In the name of your place, they really should be outstanding burgers. My husband and I were not impressed. Reserva una mesa ahora

There is no doubt that this is the best burger in Orange County. I order it exactly how I like it and then everyone else better move out of my way.

Outstanding burgers and meatloaf (the best)! Chips are excellent (we took a basket home).
