Block House - Reservar una mesa

We normally like to visit the Blockhouse restaurants when we are in the northern parts of Germany, but this experience was terrible. Even though there were plenty of tables available we were advised to sit at the bar. We had to wait 20 minutes and...were just about to leave when finally a waitress came to take our order. After we saw some other guests being advised standard dinner tables we asked if we could move since a table right next to us had been available all the time. Yes, we could!?! When finally after a long, long waiting time the salad arrives it had the wrong dressing. The waitress checked her mistake, apologized and the continued to serve other guests their food instead of prior...

I had dined at Block House restaurant in Hamburg a few years ago and remembered the excellent steaks. We were passing through Lubeck when we decided to have lunch at Block House. We were not disappointed. We ordered Pepper Steak, rib eye steak and Spinach...pasta for my vegetarian cousin.The steaks were excellent and prepared exactly as ordered; medium well pepper steak and medium rare for rib eye. The meals came with salad which was very fresh and juicy. The baked potatoes with sour cream and chives were excellent. The service was efficient and attentive. Will definitely visit again.

we visited the weekend lübeck and eat both evenings in the block house. it was very conveniently located (only 2 minutes walk from our hotel,) and our big dog was welcome. a water dish was brought for her immediately. the personal was very. pleasant and the steaks were good. reasonable prices.

good eating, good service, more reasonable price, the only negatiw was that the place was extremely hot. very competent and friendly staff

The Restaurant with nice view. We ate good steak and very delicious carrot soup. The service were very polite.
