Block House Bielefeld

Yesterday I went to the Block House in Bielefeld with my partner for the first time and it was a great experience that we would like to repeat. *The table reservation over the phone was great. Mr. Schulze was polite, humorous and conducted the conversation very pleasantly. Despite the spontaneous reservation, it was possible to reserve 1.5 hours in advance. *We still had a few table choices on site and opted for a small niche. After I was totally impressed by the Block House in Hamburg, we drove to Bielefeld today. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. My meal was good, although as a woman I eat less, I had a starter and main course and could have eaten something else. My husband had an onion soup that was only lukewarm. Unfortunately, the idea of offering a drink as compensation or discounting the price of the soup didn't come up. His main course was 2 mini medallions, and so few side dishes that he was still hungry even after the starter and main course. We then gave each other dessert. But with a bill of €90.00, it's super sad that you don't even leave full.

We had dinner with children on Saturday evening. It was a great atmosphere. Ms. Nickelmann's team was very friendly, highly professional and totally motivated. Thank you very much for that!!! We felt very comfortable. The food came very quickly and was a real treat for us. Thank you very much for the lovely evening. We can only recommend you and we are very happy to do so.

Is that supposed to be the manager in the branch? Nose up and customer unfriendly. I'll never enter this store again while she's there. It's better to disappear before the customers all disappear. Unfriendly and arrogant. Never again!!!

Visited there during our company trip. Was really impressed by their food , starting from salads, to the main course which was steak and their dessert. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Very tasty food. Nice service. Good value for money! We'll be happy to come back : We tried the rump steak and the chicken fillets.
