Classic German non-existent, angry customer service . Did not feel welcome whatsoever. Waitress forgot to bring us our ketchup but we were too afraid to ask for it again . The salmon dish tasted like the salmon filet dish at IKEA. Just go there for a better experience. Edit: We have now been waiting for our bill for ages as well. Seems like we are stuck here forever waiting for the bill and ketchup that never arrived.

Very very very satisfying feeling. We were located next to the kitchen and seeing how they work and how everything was working like gears in an engine room were very nice. Good service, nice food, well trained staff. And a very affordable price. We got the premium ribeye steak

Block House continues to amaze when it comes to their steaks. How a piece of meat can become so incredibly tender and tasteful baffles me. Our waitress was simply outstanding, you don't just feel welcome, we felt genuinely cherished as customers.
