Bloom - Reservar una mesa

This has been on my list for a long time. This restaurant doesn't take reservations and I read in reviews that the wait could be really long on the weekend, I didn't want to take the chance to drive all the way to Santa Clara and not be able to dine here. I finally get to get brunch here on a Friday when I didn't have to work. Even on a Friday, it was pretty packed close to noon and some customers had to wait. I came here with a friend and we ordered their popular dishes Chicken and Waffle, Buttermilk Pancakes and a side of house salad to feel healthy. The place is chic and the food is of good quality, but is it a half hours waiting? I don't think so. You don't have an online booking system or something like a Yelp waiting list. We have to go physically there to put down our name and wait. The Starbucks next door have boomed their business with people waiting for their message to go into blossom. Even after we waited patiently for so long, we did not come in seats and sit in the terrace! When we came to dinner ourselves, we got their famous chicken waffles, Croissant French toast fresh orange juice. The portions were huge, the plates looked pretty and everything tasted good. But the bill was on the expensive side!

This will be my place to brunch in the Bay Area. We sat at the bar. I ate everything in this place. The food was great. First fried with waffle and I'm so glad I tried. My friend, who prefers salty food for breakfast loved it. I'm more on the sweet side and the Croissant Toast was great. The drinks were great. The house limonade was very sweet. The coffee went really well with the Croissants Toast. The bartender who took our order was caring and efficient. It was a pleasure to watch him make cocktails during the meal. I have recommended nothing to complain about this place so urgently!

Really delicious food and hefty portions, no wonder the place was packed when we arrived! The steak and eggs was phenomenal made to a medium rare (can be made rarer or more well done upon request , the croissant French toast was delectable and super sweet, the chicken and waffles was delicious (and that says a lot, because it's pretty hard to mess up on chicken and Bloom definitely did not mess up! 10/10 would come back again!

Long waiting line on Saturday morning. Great part for the price. Chicken waffle presentation is great, average taste. Another great place to meet friends and enjoy beautiful settings. Great service.
