One of my biggest challenges in trying to lose weight has been finding the time to shop for and prepare healthy meals. I discovered Blooming Flavors on Facebook and was unsure whether to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did! Their food is incredibly delicious. I lost 4 pounds in the first week! It's so convenient for me to take my lunches and snacks to work; I no longer have to eat out and spend money, especially in the city. Now that I'm in my second week of meals, I couldn't be happier.

The best place for healthy food in New York, in my opinion! Every bite is absolutely delicious. It's a fantastic solution, especially during the Coronavirus pandemic, as you can have a whole week’s worth of meals delivered right to your office. The nutritious meals are ready to eat and offered at very reasonable prices. A positive side effect is weight loss and improved health and beauty. Could it possibly get any better? Today was my first day of the vegan meal plan. I wanted to change my plant-based diet, but I knew I had to be able to grab and go to work it. I have tried many different meals delivery services, this far exceeds them ALL! Well, after eating these meals today it is like a very simple transition. Everything was fantastic, so delicious and a great variety. I can't wait to see what's in business for the rest of the week! So fresh, and great ingredients!

Absolutely the best subscription meal plan I've ever tried! Blooming Flavors provides a fantastic selection of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free dishes—things that are incredibly important today. I was truly impressed by the freshness of the meals, and I lost 5 pounds in just a week. It seems I'm on track with my weight loss plan as I'm aiming to get fit for the summer!

I was looking for a very long time for a diet catering service like blooming flavors. They offer multiple diet plans which include 4 or 5 meals a day. I finally don't have to worry about grocery shopping or cooking. The prices are super fair and the meals are extremely tasteful.
