The view and the service was excellent. The food was lousy. We ordered tuna tartar and they served us brown, what looked like multiple days, old tuna. It was disgusting. I’m embarrassed for the chef, and actually felt bad for the server who served it to me, because he knew what he was about and you didn’t need to eat the paste like tuna to see it was not fresh. The scallops over risotto were drenched in some mayo like substance. There was also a loud table of something kids who were pretty obnoxious. Great service, great view, it all falls off a cliff after that
Our dinner was delicious! I had the cod, and DH the swordfish; we both had the squash soup. Everything was prepared perfectly, and the service was excellent Also, I need to eat gluten free. Menu items are not marked (GF/V/VG) but it says to inform your waitstaff. Our server confirmed my choices, and informed the kitchen. I was so surprised when we received a basket of GF bread and good bread at that! We finished with nicely proportioned and delicious desserts, mine a creme brûlée without the biscotti
The food was exquisite and it felt as though the food was from the freshest ingredients. I have previously eaten at farm-to-table restaurants and Blu had a similar feeling (not sure if it is officially farm-to-table). The view was worthwhile as it looked out over the Paramount theater and its bustling activity. I would recommend to a friend and would go again
As always, a wonderful experience at Blu! We come once or twice per year and always have a tremendous time. The summer squash bisque was a delicious app, and the steak that I ordered for my entree with the red wine demi glace was prepared wonderfully. We will be back again, thanks for another great experience

What a great hidden gem! We have been here before a show, this time it was after a movie. The atmosphere is great, the food delicious and the service impeccable. The restaurant is not at street level so you wouldn’t “wander in”, but do make a point to visit this restaurant soon
Exceeded our expectations! From the host following through on our request for a certain table, to the excellent service of our waiter and bartender, not to mention our amazing meal, Blu was absolutely perfect
Great place, the food was excellent (my wife steak was amazing). The view is pretty cool, great people watching. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future plans, the location is perfect
Great view and excellent food. Light staffed for the evening. Strange location attached to the equinox gym. No street-level signage. Glad we found it though! Would go again

The service and ambiance were great, and the food was pretty good, but not worth the money. VERY overpriced, we will not go back.
