Blu Bar Restaurant

Came here a week ago for dinner with parents, aunt and my 1 year old. Had a lovely time all the staff were great with my daughter, super helpful and friendly which is great because eating out with little kids can be stressful at the best of times and a lot of waiters can be less than welcoming to young kids. Some of the best customer service I've ever received and would come back on the basis of that alone. Food was absolutely delicious especially for the price, had an amazing salmon dish and my mum is still raving about her mezes, a decent portion size too (nothing sickening tho). Only room for improvement would be to maybe get plastic or shatterproof plates for little ones understand it doesn't go with the vibe of the restaurant but I was very concerned she might try pull the fancy plate off the table so we moved her stuff onto a napkin for her to eat off. That said she loved it and we all had a ball.

beautiful, modern decor, very clean hotel with great view. the staff was very friendly and friendly. the menu was possibly a little small, could probably benefit from a few more directed to choose. the food they did was great! the filet steak was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. the bill for appetizers, nets and drinks was very reasonable - I was actually quite surprised how little it costs at the end! many parking spaces outside that was a bad thing, though was the big group of yoofs screaming and swearing outside to block the door when we arrived. Of course, this is with the control of the restaurants, but in any case something they need from local authorities. everything in all had a great time and would definitely return.

carnoustie always surprises me with the ethnic diversity of food choices. that was a great Mediterranean experience. I was a little shocked, it was basmati reis and not pilau, but it was really good. also the little one would have a preferred tabuli.

delicious. we had a meze starter for 2. then both the chicken eggs had our meal was excellent, the staff was very friendly. we noticed that there was a separate bar area with cocktail list, so will definitely try again that out.

fabulous meal at blu ! delicious grill grill grilled chicken and lamb. very good presentation with rice, salad and small jug sauce. starter split mezes(pic). super view of the tay. very good friendly service.
