I tried the Seafood Molly to my regret.Whilst tasting nice it resulted in tummy ache followed by a sudden evacuation on the throne.I spoke by phone to the staff following this experience and requested the management phone me in an effort to ensure no other...customer suffered a similar experience and to give them time to respond.No call has been received.The staff were courteous and friendly but untrained,ie food was presented to diners next to us and the waitress returned past our table leaving our finished empty plates.Not proficient.We will never visit again ever.Off food,haphazard service and no management response cannot all be a coincidence.
Delicious food. Three of us shared onion bhaji (which are quite spicy), samosa and garlic naan, together with two dishes recommmended to us by the waiter: slipper fish and baby chicken. I gather these were entrees, however we didn't need anythign else after this. All the food was excellent, but the fish was the standout dish - moist, tebnder and absolutely delicious. The baby chicken was prepared tandoori style, and was also moist and delicious. The restaurnat is BYO and, as others have mentioned, parking is easy since it is in Cox's Road shops.
I lived in Ryde for most of my life, and only discovered this gem after I moved away. On a return visit, some friends recommended this restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. It was a quiet weeknight with few people around, but the staff was attentive and welcoming. The food was fantastic, and the manager even brought out some complimentary dishes for us to try new flavors. It was an amazing and delicious experience. I can't wait to visit my friends again and return to Blu.
Food was really nice. We are a regular at another local indian restaurant but decided to give Blue GInger a try. They had a function for lunch but were happy to serve us. They clearly knew that we may have to wait a bit longer for our food and provided us with 2 complimentary entrees. The wait wasn't that long and all of our dishes were really nice. We will go back again.

During my family's visit to celebrate my 5th birthday at this restaurant, I discovered a hair in my curry. It was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The table service was lacking, as we had to try multiple times to get the attention of the waiters. I would not recommend this place, as it is also quite expensive for the quality of food you receive.

Wouldn't honour offer of redeeming a scoopon voucher for takeaway. Wouldn't let us order seafood meals when the coupon clearly stated we could. I gave up and went elsewhere for our birthday celebrations. Won't ever go to this restaurant chain again.
Blu Ginger is some of the best Indian food I've had in Sydney. I came here with my family (Parents, 2 adult children) and we loved it. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. It was also very clean.

North Ryde, Coxs rd, Wonderful atmosphere, very clean, beautiful service and absolutely scrumptious food. I would highly recommend it was a delightful experience .And reasonably priced.
