We enjoyed a remarkable 9-course dinner accompanied by wine pairings, and both the food and the wine were exceptional. I still dream about the snapper with callaloo and the halibut dish. Each protein was perfectly prepared, and the sauces were out of this world. The service was outstanding; the staff was incredible—friendly and clearly passionate about food. They loved answering our questions about the dishes and the island, which made us feel like we were being welcomed into someone’s home. I have never encountered such a warm and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting St. Thomas, and we can't wait to return on our next trip!

This was the best dining experience I’ve ever had! I was really disappointed that the resort didn’t recommend this place when I first arrived, but I’m so glad I discovered it on my own. I went to celebrate my friend's birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff's attentiveness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made me feel truly special and valued as a customer. The atmosphere featured a diverse group of patrons and great music, turning it into more than just a meal—it was an unforgettable experience that I doubt I could replicate elsewhere. I suppose I’ll need to plan another trip to St. Thomas soon!

We had a wonderful meal at Blue 11. Our server, Jerry, was outstanding; he was incredibly welcoming and took the time to listen to all of our food allergies and concerns, ensuring everything was perfectly accommodated. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the timely service of our seven-course meal. However, I do think that $100 per person, not including wine, might be a bit steep.

Excellent tasting menu at chef’s counter last night for Christmas dinner. Lighting at counter could have been better. It was florescent lighting in kitchen which made for terrible lighting presentation at counter. Service was good, a little more organized could have helped make the meal timing a bit better. Incredible. The thoughtfulness and care given to each dish fully exceeded our expectations. Every bite was delicious . We left very satisfied and feeling as if we were treated to a one of a kind culinary experience .
