We visited on Saturday 11th November and the car park was rammed, found a space eventually. Walked around the garden centre for a good hour first. It’s the first time we’ve looked around. The quality is that of an M&S type store, very high quality, with prices to match mind, but that’s to be expected of garden centres generally. We then decided to visit the cafe for a hot drink. At first it’s not obvious there’s a queue on the left for drinks and cakes, and further down a table service restaurant, but we worked it out. For me, this is the equivalent of having 'The Hard Sell ' by retail! IKEA type convoluted layout, which means you have to, more or less, go around everything to get to what you want to see! Some really nice merchandise, and some it reasonably priced. Tried to get a baked potato in the hanger of a restaurant but was met with 30 mins delay minimum (this after my wife 's 'Afternoon Tea ' event proved to be a real disappointment due to having to leave due to it being ~60 minutes late on a previous recent visit). This is the sort of place I would try and avoid! BUT............ All staff were helpful and pleasant. AND......... My wife and adult daughters absolutely love it. So it 's not bad, just...

Today I have visited the East Bridgewater garden centre with my two sisters both in their 80s. The centre was easy to walk around especially as one of my sisters uses a wheelchair. We stayed for lunch and and it was acceptable for my sisters to have a child's portion. We also took advantage of the offers for blue diamond card holders. A lovely day out

Had afternoon tea yesterday as a big group celebrating a 70th birthday. Being coeliac I did wonder what I would be given but was pleasantly surprised and didn’t feel disadvantaged at all. Jess Godfrey did a great job of welcoming us all and ensuring all those with food allergies were catered for. Thank you for a great afternoon.

The disabled toilet had a wet sticky floor with toilet rolls over it. Went into the restaurant and was told it was a 40 minute wait for 3 coffees!! The shopping and service at the checkout was really good though
