Blue Fountain - Reserva de mesa

I've been at this location on more than one occasion and had a good experience. After tonight I will NOT be going back. Myself, husband, and sister in law ordered an appetizer which was great. We ordered our meals, when they arrived mine was the wrong meal completely which the server acknowledged she wrote down wrong. I then just cancelled my dinner completely because my dates were already eating their meals. The server even came over and asked if I was enjoying my date'e meals that they were nice enough to share with me. Upon checking out, we saw I was charged with a salad for 9.95. I am assuming this is for the side salad that I ate before the meal that was put in incorrectly by no fault...

We've had many good meals at the Blue Fountain, however, the last visit the food was not at all the same quality example: the veal was very hard to cut and chew and there were 6 of us ordering different things. Maybe an off night? They may have been understaffed as well because the waitress rushed us, brought things we didn't order, didn't bring things we did order. I think they lost 6 customers.

The owner Frank Marinaro is a sleeze ball. He cancelled our rehearsal dinner one month before the event. All because I questioned him wanting the total money UPFRONT for the party instead of the usual 20 deposit that people do. Pretty sure he was going to take my money and run. Do not trust them with your business.

This is a fantastic Italian restaurant! The drinks are perfectly crafted, and the food is fresh and flavorful. The staff is also attentive to special dietary requests, which is a wonderful touch. Reserva una mesa ahora
