There were 2 tables with guests as we ate at 11.45, it took over 25 mins for food to arrive. Out of 6 dishes, none were great. I had a brioche roll with bbq pork. It was thin slices of dry cold meat. Also ordered 3 cheese mac n cheese with crispy onions, I've honestly never had such bland mac cheese, didn't even eat half of it, as was so bland and pretty cold. Was gutted as had been looking forward to some tasty bbq meat! Will not return
We sat down and was told the wait for food was mins. hour and mins later we were still waiting for food. We got one free drink as complimentary. Very disappointed as it was a birthday treat and it wasnât the best night because they had huge tables in which they couldnât cope with. Some of the staff didnât really know what they were doing and need more training
Wait to be seated, order drinks and food at the bar. Like Nando's but BBQ.The food was excellent, the service less so. The waitress didn't know what the sauces were and plates weren't cleared away leaving no table room for more drinks/desserts.Won't be rushing back
I have been to this restaurant multiple times with both big and small groups. The service is always fantastic and the food is incredible. The menu is unique compared to other options in Reading. I also really enjoy the American atmosphere of the restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora
My team and I regularly visit this restaurant for lunches, as well as with friends and family. The food is amazing and the portion sizes are incredible. It truly embodies American-style cuisine.
We ordered for only 2 people and waited over an hour for our food to arrive. Seemed really understaffed but the staff were friendly. The meat was good but the sides were disappointing.
