**Service:** Our waiter was incredibly attentive and provided excellent guidance on the wines and dishes. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. **Ambiance:** The space is quite small, with only about ten tables, so it can feel a bit crowded. I believe that once they expand, the atmosphere will improve significantly. **Food:** The food was outstanding! They update their menu weekly while keeping some signature items. This was an amazing 3 course dinner.Their menu changes every week, but the concept remains the same. 3 courses for $65. The restaurant is quite small so I would call ahead for a reservation on weekends.Our server was named Glenn David. He was fantastic and accommodating. He gave great advice on what desert to get and was very attentive and kind throughout our long dinner.Glenn David helped us choose out some great cheeses and some meat for our charcuterie board and all of our courses were a delight.

The food was simply outstanding—creative, delicious, flawlessly prepared, and beautifully presented. Even as we sit here at the table, everyone is raving about how this was the best meal we've had in a long time. A big shoutout to Blue Honey Bistro! Congratulations to Courtney and Drew on this special occasion. We’re looking forward to coming back when we're in town for Christmas. Blue Honey has definitely made it to the top of our list of restaurants in Memphis and Germantown!

The service was excellent! The dessert was outstanding, and the appetizers were a perfect 10/10. The noodles could have been better, but the tofu was nice and crispy. My wife is gluten-free it's one of the few restaurants we can go to. It's Qwaint and intimate. Very nice setting for a date night. We've also gone there to lunch several times. We've never been disappointed. They also have good cocktails.

Quaint setting, impeccable service, exquisitely prepared delicious food. Sets the standard for fine dining in the area. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.
