Located along the Riverside in Evesham, we stumbled upon this restaurant for an impromptu dinner. The decor was lovely and the staff were very friendly, situated in a convenient location. It was not too crowded at 6 pm, which was perfect for us. We both ordered chicken dishes, although we can't recall the specific names. The sauces that accompanied the meals were exceptional, with a sharp and tasty flavor that impressed us. Unfortunately, the chicken was slightly overcooked and a bit stringy, appearing as though it had been cooked on skewers due to some holes in the meat. Visited the Blue Lagoon with my girlfriend on the 28/06/2023. We have pre booked a table and on arrival were seated quickly. We were served by a gentleman named Jay who was extememly welcoming and attentive during our meal. Food was delicious and well priced and they serve a good variety of drinks from a bar inside the restuarant. Disappointed that we don't live closer as this would become a regular but hopeful for another visit soon. A must visit for anyone after a good meal in Evesham.
Used to be the best Indian for miles around but not this time. Speciality house stir fry. Bland and mushy obviously made from frozen veg. The rice had an unpleasant aftertaste to it too. Couldn’t eat it. Husband’s veg curry not much better. Used to be so many good vegetarian meal choices but only a handful to choose from. Really disappointing after using them for so many years. Different owners? Definitely different menu. Didn’t complain at time just wanted to leave.
I have had some bad meals in my life, and this one was definitely one of them. My wife ordered a vegetable stir fry, which should have been crispy and vibrant, but instead it looked like leftover vegetables from a Sunday lunch. She then ordered a mushroom and potato curry, but it was also slimy and unappetizing. We decided to call it quits, paid the bill, and headed home. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

We were visiting from out of town and decided to use Trip Advisor to help us find a restaurant. We were very pleased with our experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive without being too overbearing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite enjoyable. The food was fantastic - all four of us ordered different main dishes and we were all very satisfied with our choices.
This is a really great restaurant and our go-to choice for a curry night. We have visited many times and never had a bad meal at all. We have even taken friends who are quite knowledgeable on this type of food and they loved it. Always get a warm welcome here and the restaurant is immaculate. Give it a try ...... you wont be disappointed ....
Food is delicious, atmosphere is stunning, decor is beautiful and very good value for money. I work up here 2 to 3 times a year and always come in here and am never disappointed. If you’re local or visiting and fancy a curry, then don’t look elsewhere than here.
We always enjoy visiting the Blue Lagoon great selection of dishes, all the regulars and lots of specials you may not have seen anywhere else. Always well cooked and served by friendly staff.

The food was tasty, the environment was nice, and the service was very good. The naan bread was especially good. Would recommend this restaurant
