Blue Mesa Taco Tequila

I stayed here on the way to florida with a small taste of home expected before I left the state and saw that this place recently opened in november, under the new name 2.0 tequila and taco bar. the atmosphere was great and the service was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I sat fast and after a little bit back and forth my order was shot down and quickly brought to me. the presentation was very good for the coating and the portions were exactly the right for the steak street taco I had ordered. after a bite I realized why my order was delivered so quickly. the steak was bland, no seasonal, except the zilantro, in which it was crushed and a small sample of tweepers. the steak...

Had a layover last night at DFW for 2 hours, and tried this place for a light meal. Had to wait a while for a table, but that process was handled efficiently and it appeared social distancing of tables was being followed. Our server was average. My wife had a taco salad which was bottom in class from quality and presentation points of view. As I'd had a big lunch, I just had a glass of wine and chicken taquitos. They seemed to be from a frozen box of taquitos you might find in a grocery store, not made to order, and were average at best. As there as many dining opportunities throughout the airport, I'd pass on this one.

I was starving when I finally got off my flight. Unfortunately, I needed to get from A to E and I like to get to my terminal first and then do the necessaries. I came across this place on the way and thought : tacos? Hell, yeah!Service was good and friendly. Food was so bland. It tasted like they boiled a chicken and shoved it in a tortilla. No seasoning.But! I was hungry and after I ate the bland food I was not. Pretty pricey for some no season chicken though.

We were stuck in DFW for a layover and wanted more than the usual fast food, so we tried Blue Mesa. We were pleasantly surprised. I had the sweet potato with chicken, which I'd describe as a chicken taco in a large sweet potato shell. It was filling and hit the spot. I've since recreated it at home. The staff was friendly too. julio the bartender is the sweetest of all time. he made my 2 hours of superiority. so friendly and friendly, gave me recommendations. eating may not be the best, but he's sure!

Very good drinks and food. Our waiter Mikey was polite, knowledgeable, and very attentive. We had a few drinks, some chip n salsa, burrito, n finish with a flan.

Good place for food an drinks while waiting for your flight. Jus wish the menu had a little bit more selections on it other then that was good.
