All I’ll say is, Blue Orchid have really stepped up their game! I have been attending this restaurant both getting takeout and dine in for many years now and never thought they could get better but somehow they’ve done it! The magical thing about Blue Orchid is the energy there, I feel comfortable, welcomed and always put in great form. They really make it personal every time, they’ve created almost a little community hidden in Newpark. I love going here and bringing a different friend each time so they can experience what I do each time! Food is always delicious, I would highly recommend as I am half Thai myself and I know what Thai food is like. Also, Sushi is top notch! Great staff, great...
During the recent lock-down, My family and I have worked our way through the blue orchid menu. I have to commend the staff and management for their consistent and friendly service during these stressful times. The Massaman curry is the best Ive had in Dublin (after trying many Thai places)... its liquid gold!! Its a delight to have such a restaurant/take away in the neighbourhood...they offer sushi too, which is fresh and tasty. Great value for money
No matter how many times I eat in Blue Orchid, the standard of quality remains high. Great food and pleasant service makes it a popular restaurant, particularly with families. Their Pad Thai is to die for, although I'd probably say the same of other dishes had I tried the whole menu. Interestingly, they are open for breakfast on certain days of the week so I will definitely try a Thai breakfast some morning.
The Blue Orchid is a lovely place with amazing food and very friendly staff. The food was top quality and the people working there were very helpful and nice. Their spring rolls and red curry are exceptional. I would definitely come back to blue Orchid and would recommend to everyone!

I’ve been here a few times, usually every time I travel back home to Dublin to see my family and friends. Love it every time and thinking when I can plan a dinner there again. I usually always order a Bailey coffee at the end too which is always a nice treat! :
Cannot recommend this place enough. By far my favourite Thai restaurant. I’ve almost tried everything on the menu! Top quality food and service. If I’m not eating in I’ll get a take out, food is just as fresh. Love love love
Really enjoyed my meal here, have been a few times and the food and service is always great. The duck pancakes are the best I've had anywhere. The music is really good and the atmosphere is always friendly and relaxing.

Very poor. Ordered two dishes and never had worse food. Rang back to complain and management didn’t care. Skip this place.
