We enjoyed the food, our server did a good job, but it would have been less annoying if the table next to us had not been visited by a staff person who stood the whole visit and talked and talked and one person at the table had a loud voice that carried if the staff person had just sat down and visited it would have been a less distracting dinner for us. We like the ambiance of the Sullivan Street, New York, restaurant better but unfortunately you can't duplicate that.
The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, but I found my partner's lamb rack to be tough and the aprons too thin. My shrimp Provençal was decent, but the shrimp were small considering the price, and there weren't many on the plate. The highlights of the meal were the Hawaiian poke appetizer and the escargot, both of which were excellent, as well as the banana gap dessert.
always in blue ribbon on our last night in vegas. the hostess is fantastic, so sweet, smiling and accommodating. they had our favorite table in front when we arrived. brian, our server, was excellent. very efficient and personal. loves the shrimp cocktail. the salmon is amazing and the chicken castle was delicious. another unforgettable dinner at blue ribbon!
Hostess was not accommodating at all, she was very short saying she already gave our table away @8:45) There were plenty of empty tables in the dining room but she chose to not seat us. The food and service were outstanding. This charming little hidden gem is located on the third floor of the Cosmopolitan. It can get a bit noisy, but it's not too disruptive. We will definitely be returning!
We began our visit at the bar and really enjoyed chatting with Justin and Ian. The food and ambiance were delightful. Our favorite dish was definitely the fondue!
Best damn fried chicken I ever had and the black woman next to me agreed and they are vegas locals!! Mixed drinks are top notch. Best hidden place in Cosmo.
