We attempted to eat dinner here. We brought our well behaved 14 week old puppy to sit with us and get socialized to the people, sounds, and smells of the busy area while we ate. We have done this at many other restaurants with no issue. Always in outdoor sitting. We were seated on the patio and placed our puppy in a chair by the table since he can not be on the ground due to vaccinations not being completed yet. The waitress comes to the table and informs us the dog can not be on the chair. We tell her about the vaccination issue and let her know that we will have to leave if he can 't sit in the chair. She gets the manager who informs us that its their policy to not allow animals to sit on...
It was a beautiful Friday night, so we sat outside under the lights. It was comfortable and vibrant. We had the shrimp appetizers which were tasty and not skimpy. Then hubby had fall off the bone ribs and I got the salmon with asparagus. The thick ends of the asparagus were a bit tough but edible and the salmon was cooked perfectly. Always an enjoyable meal although the guy at the next table mentioned his crab cake had too much filler which is why I went with the salmon. I didn't want to be disappointed by the dwindling quality of another reliable and well liked restaurant. Our server was prompt, friendly and attentive!
Getting a table for Saturday evening was not super hard. The food was ok to good. Server seemed to be friendly. The dessert was the horrible one. A horrible dried mug cake. Never order that. Coming to my server, she was sweet enough but we observed everyone get a welcome basket of bread and we didn’t. While getting a check I’ve asked this question and she said “ oh you will need to ask if you would like one”…. WHY? She did however offered us for a to go bread. Which was sweet but doesn’t compensate on been ignorant! Overall, I’d go back again.
This is another one of the those restaurants that take forever to get your order! Ordered ahead of time and it should've been ready at 11:10, it's now 11:20 and still waiting! Why do they even have order online? You should just go there order it and have 2 maybe 3 drinks while you wait!

We've been going to this location for years and especially love the outdoor seating and staff. You'll never have a bad experience here and the staff treat you like family :
Always a tasty meal. I feel like the chef loves me whenever my food comes out ?. It's just good grub. I appreciate the large portions but can never eat all of my entrée.
Pasta was okay. Took over 30 minutes for my food to get to my table but in their defense it was busy
I want to say that all Blue Ridge locations are wonderful. This location is fantastic!
