Blue Star Restaurant

That's a a big thing to say, but it's true! Blue Star is one of my favourite places to have a bite to eat. Portions huge, prices more than reasonable and the quality is very good.I've probably eaten almost every food item on their menu by now, as me and my friends used to go once or twice a week. Breakfast is amazing and you gotta get their fish and chips! An absolute must have is their home made peanut butter cream pie. I've literally driven two hours out of my way to get this, its that good.The owner, Johnny, is a super friendly nice guy and always has a warm welcome. Can't wait until I'm back in Ontario from work to start going again!

We are unfamiliar with this area but relied on our navigation system to list all the nearby restaurants. Based on the previous reviews we chose the Blue Star Restaurant. The outside appearance is a bit deceiving as the interior was clean and spacious. The meal...was great, and plentiful too with a reasonable price.

Our paddling team arranged a private buffet. The food was really good for the price and there was a ton of it. They even offered us the leftovers. Great service, somewhat New York ish. Which added nicely to meal.

Hubby had wings fries, I had the cabbage roll dinner. The food was tasty, and the portions were big. The server was excellent.
