Blue Stoops Walton

My family has been coming to Blue Stoops for Christmas for years and we have always been happy with it, but this year was a letdown. The bar used to have a great selection of local artisan beers on tap, but this year there were only 3 standard beers. Our coffees and teas were served on a dirty-looking tray, setting a bad tone for the meal. Unfortunately, things did not improve. The starters and desserts were okay, but the main courses were disappointing. The turkey seemed to be deli meat, not fresh turkey. The food at this restaurant is delightful, and the service is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future. The price range per person is between £10 and £20. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5, the service 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere 5 out of 5.

Booked a table for 5 few weeks ago, they rung my friend this morning to ask if we could go an hour early at 530 because they wanted the table by 7. This wasn’t convenient to us so we cancelled the table. Really bad way to run a business, obviously the people who were booked in at 7 were a bigger party, all down to money crosses my mind
