I visited yesterday, and the gentleman in front of me was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. As someone who works in the service industry, I really appreciated his excellent service (the extra star is dedicated to him!). However, I've noticed an increasing number of reviews mentioning issues with the quality of the food. Specifically, my chicken had some purple/pink hues and, in certain spots, brown/black, which is definitely concerning when you're ordering a chicken sandwich. Bluebird is one of my most favorite food places in Chicago. The food is consistently fresh and amazing, staff is wonderful, and they have a cute dining area. COVID has made things weird (no dining in) but when I call to place an order for pickup it’s ready in 15 20 minutes. I’m obsessed with the California Club (make sure to get it on a baguette)! The way all of the flavors/textures of this sandwich come together is pure magic. Their truffle fries are delicious and don’t get me started on the cheese curds super tasty and you get a good sized portion for the price!

Came in with a large party with really specific food allergies and the service was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone despite being inundated with ubereats orders which they also seemed to be taking care of in excellent fashion. I can’t recommend this place more they’ve got a great atmosphere and great food. Pair that attentive and helpful staff and it gets an easy 5 stars from me.

Got some delivery from them and it was great. Reasonable delivery times. The food was delivery hot and fresh and super delicious. I got shrimp po' boys with some regular fries and some truffle fries. Both were very delicious. Totally make sure to check them out. The shrimp in the po' boys were cooked to perfection and they weren't small either, which was nice. Reserva una mesa ahora

This meal turned out to be the best Brudel Bacon Top Burger I've had in years. The burger was a double patty, and I believe they should all be made this way. It was beautifully cooked over four sides of wood charcoal, which made it perfect. I can't wait to have it again!

I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, the Cuban sandwich, and several salads. The sandwiches were fantastic—the Nashville was both spicy and flavorful, while the Cuban had delicious pork belly and sauce. The salads were also excellent!

The chicken dishes were excellent and full of flavor. The Nashville hot was decent, but not remarkable. The bungalow was so enclosed around the chicken that it felt like I was enjoying a smaller portion of it.

My favorite chicken sandwich in Lakeview! It's absolutely amazing. Their sides are also a perfect 10/10. I've never tasted pasta salad this good. I can't help but keep recommending this place to my friends! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was excellent, with burgers cooked to perfection. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I recommend bypassing the delivery apps and ordering directly from the restaurant.

We ordered the smoked gouda burger and the Nashville fried chicken sandwich and both were delicious!!! Also ordered some cheese curds and those were good too. Will order again soon!
