damn good bbq, drinks and people. the whole reason we ate here was that I made pictures of a house (I am an immobilienfotograf) in burlington and I drove past. the smell of her bbq, as I caught by my attention. if they can't smell the bbq before they get to a bbq joint, it's not worth keeping. we tried the ribs and the brisket. the ribs were perfectly delicious. but oh wonderfulness was the brisket good and thanks they have not cut off any of the fat. my only complaining was the collar (which were delicious). so it is a close to post covid experience here in burlington wt. the inside seats remain closed for the protective cartridge, but the brand new outdoor terrace is open. it is another type of order experience. they get a menu and remembered which table they sit on. then they go to the window and put their order on the touchscreen kiosk. Drinks are given to them the window to the left and eating is delivered to them. all employees wear masks and are particularly attentive to the guests. the menu is not the full old BBQ menu, but the current collection. that does not mean that it is spersome, more that it is slim and mean. I’ll definitely come back to this restaurant whenever I'm in the area, and you should too! It's not to be missed! The smoked meats are delicious and cooked to perfection, with a great selection of sauces available. If you're from the South, you'll love the collard greens and other sides, which have a real home-cooked flavor. The brisket was decent but not impressive; it was tender but quite dry, requiring a lot of sauce to make it enjoyable. The ribs, however, were notably better than the brisket. The smoked turkey was also dry and needed sauce to enhance its flavor. The macaroni and cheese was good, the beans were very tasty, and the collard greens could have used mustard and apple cider vinegar to really hit the spot. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

This was the best BBQ we've had in a long time! We decided to try this place after seeing it featured on "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives," and it certainly lived up to the hype. The smoked chicken was the best we've ever tasted, and the sides were fantastic as well. Don't miss out on the margaritas—they're amazing! Just be careful about ordering two; they’re delicious but quite strong.

Yummy! I liked the 1950s music: Buddy Holly, Hank Williams Jr., Danny and the Juniors, &c. For some reason the mashed potatoes were the best part of our party 's meal...? Unexpected. Mediocre collard greens. Can 't win 'em all. *shrug* Pleasant staff; we were thanked for visiting by like five separate employees on the way out.

this place is wonderful. but I really have to applaud, is the personal! each person smiled and greeted my friend and I, the food was served in time and delicious I was pleasantly surprised that it was a decent choice for vegetarian food. unfortunately no dive due to COVID restrictions. that was my first command and the first time I tried to eat her. we got the meal for two people and everything was delicious! the prices were reasonable and the food was ready in time. her brat is great

Very disappointed when the fried chicken sandwich had so much salt I had to toss the entire meal. I tried to just scrape it off but it was way too far gone. Even the seitan dish we received was over salted.
