Best brunch ever!!! The menu had a variety of dishes one could choose from. Not only food was affordable, everything also tasted amazing. The portion sizing was way too much for the price. (In my opinion). We had the best time;everyone was so kind. PS: there?s usually a wait line, however, it?s only approximately a 5minutes wait. If you?re ever in the Thornton are, this brunch place is not to miss:You?ll not regret eating there.

It was my first time at @bluebirdcafethornton. I had the corned beef hash and eggs. It didn?t really seem like there was much potatoes so it was really rich fortunately we had a side of potatoes and that really made it. The hollandaise was really good on top of everything. It was a really good waffle too.

Of course this place is busy! AND You?re going to want to wait. It was one of the best breakfasts I?ve had. The food was fresh and flavorful. The service was great. Everyone at our table loved their meal. The coconut pineapple pancake is my new best friend. Thanks for everything.

GREAT customer service! Julio was the best waiter. Very friendly, funny, outgoing and checked on us constantly! The food was delicious and a good price. They got us in quickly and didn?t wait long for our food.

Amazing food, homemade and very flavorful! The Kale refresher and the watermelon mint tonic from the juice bar are so good. They only do breakfast and lunch, expect a wait on weekends. Highly recommend!
