Manuel provided outstanding service during our breakfast today! He recommended the Green Chili Chicken Hash, which had a great level of spice and was delicious topped with cheese and guacamole. Simply delightful! My wife chose the pineapple coconut pancakes, and they were excellent as well! We had the pleasure of meeting Bridget, the owner, and shared our enjoyable experience with her. The quality of the food, the generous serving sizes, and the price point are all exceptional! Thank you so much!

Overall, it was a good experience. The menu was very large and had plenty of options. I had the apple cinnamon pancake, and it was good, but not the best pancake I've ever had. My partner had the eggs Benedict and said it was quite good. There was a mountain of mushrooms on it if you don't love mushrooms in your dishes.

I visited @bluebirdcafethornton for the first time and tried the corned beef hash with eggs. There didn’t seem to be many potatoes, which made the dish quite rich, but thankfully we ordered a side of potatoes that complemented it perfectly. The hollandaise sauce on top was delicious, and the waffle was also really good.

I visited Bluebird Cafe for breakfast for the first time, and it was truly a great experience! The Mediterranean Frittata was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it! The coffee was also excellent—bold and strong. The service was outstanding, and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely return! Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant is fantastic! I'm very selective when it comes to food, and I usually find American breakfast spots bland and dry, but this one is different. They prepare their dishes perfectly and pack in plenty of flavor. I can't wait to sample more items from the menu!

First time to the Bluebird cafe. This was a good breakfast spot. They open right at 8 am, and there was a line outside of the door. Reasonable prices and the food was good.The waitress was attentive and provided good service. There is ample parking.

The food was delicious and the service was friendly. It can get busy, but I only had to wait 20 minutes on a weekend. The strawberry banana Belgian waffle was absolutely perfect.
