We 're vegan and take our store bought, Quorn or Green Cuisine, vegan fish fishless fingers and fishless scampi , for them to cook for us and they come out just like real ones (I used to eat the real thing not that long ago ! Slightly pricey, but that's a lot of fish chip shops for you ... ever since the potato became more expensive pound for pound than gold. Having said that, properly cut, not frozen chips and generously sized fresh fish. Both light and not greasy. The whole place feels very clean and hygienic too.
