Bmc Pho Banh Mi Che Cali

I experienced remarkably poor customer service here, even for a BMCC. I tried to use my check-in offer, but the cashier informed me that, a) she was new to the job, and b) my offer was invalid because, in her opinion, Yelp doesn’t matter. This isn’t even a case of "the customer is always right;" it’s more about the idea that you should probably assume the customer is right on your very first day on the job. I recommend just heading to the McDonald's down the street, closing your eyes, and pretending you're having a banh mi. You'll save time, money, and possibly avoid a headache in the process.

This is the by far the worst customer I have ever received in my restaurant career. They never say thank you. Or look at eyes. I am trying to make serious action on this. Do anybody know what would be the best way to complain about customer service ? I tried to talk to manager and workers said I don't know manager. Then how did you get your job then ??? It's really bad. One lady name Hien. It's terrible.

Tasty selection but the service was meh. The pho number 1 was ok, maybe they don't add msg and I am under rating. Super casual place. You get in line and prepay your food. The pork chops and rice was sort of dry. The pork egg rolls were tasty. The Boba tea was good. Super casual...you can show up in flip flops or in your PJ'S sit down and eat and nobody will care.

We have come here about 4 times in these last few months and everything is good and the warm pick up drill options are so tempting to try them all. We will soon. But the pho and pork chop plate really good. Also they pastries they offer are enough to calm any sweet tooth. Plus they are fresh.

This restaurant is a great deal! On Mondays, they offer a Bahn Mi for just $4.95. I tried the BBQ pork, and it was both fresh and satisfying. It was absolutely delicious! Everything else on the menu also looked incredibly tasty and fresh!

The pho ga was impressive, with an excellent flavor. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Kid-friendliness: My son really enjoyed their pho ga soup, and my daughter loved the spring rolls.

They called this pad thai, but the taste completely different from it. Maybe Pad Thai for mexican?
