Very friendly and attentive service. Well prepared food with exquisite presentation. The house appetizer was a success, the pumpkin cream was divine. The tuna tartare is a generous portion, enough to share as a starter between two. Very well seasoned, the pumpkin seeds give it a crunchy touch. The main courses, sea bass and hake with crab, also perfectly prepared Dessert, as it should be, was the final fireworks, an orchard of red fruits, sponge cake bathed in mango cream and the occasional peta zeta . En mi visita a Cáceres el 26/08/2023, fuimos a comer a B-NOMIO y el resultado fue: ¡EXCELENTE! Aperitivos creativos, el fantástico arroz con rabo de toro, el postre y el arbolito con el chupito, un detalle más. Restaurante altamente recomendado, el lugar está muy bien decorado, el personal es atento y agradable, y la comida es súper deliciosa. Excessive price for a normal meal, I have to say that the service and the food were quite delicious, but it seems very excessive to me that a bottle of water costs €4.50, I am surprised that a Coca-Cola costs less than a bottle of water.
