I want to preface that the wait staff was wonderful, this is purely about the quality of the food) This was a horrible dissapointment. It was our first time going to a Bo Lings and it was a tragic waste of money. Everything looked and smelled wonderful so we were rather hopeful but both our orders tasted like $2 frozen microwave meals. My order had an unpleasantly bitter sauce and wildly overcooked noodles. I was really looking forward to dining here because of all the positive reviews, but unfortunately, this was the worst Chinese food I've ever encountered. The Mongolian beef was completely mushy and lacked any texture. I also ordered the General Tso's chicken, but it tasted nothing like any General Tso's I've had before. On a positive note, the service from our waitress was excellent; she was the only highlight of our experience. Overall, I was very disappointed with the food.
Good variety of some staple Asian cuisine. We ordered the shrimp fried rice, shrimp lo mein, veggie spring rolls, egg drop soup and their create your own stir fry. Portions were significant and with the price of almost $20 per plate I would have expected no less. Flavor was good although had to add a little salt to taste but overall friendly staff and good food. Veggie Spring rolls were my favorite. Would definitely recommend.
The Vietnamese Spring rolls were made very sloppy and fell apart before we took a bite … maybe a half shrimp included; the general tso was dry and the sweet and sour chicken was okay But for a price of $70, not worth it.

Chinese Please! Bo Lings is a staple in my family. You can tell that every dish is prepared with care and quality. Every bite keeps you wanting more!
Great food, but don’t go anymore because $23 for chicken lo mein in Kansas City is too steep for me. Inflation hit hard here

Waitress was so nice and patient. She surprised us with halloween candy we chose from her bowl at the table before we left.
The fried dumplings are to die for — delicious. The curry and moo shu are also excellent!
