amateur of sushi, having lived tokyo for years, I was happy to find this restaurant in Brittany whose French chef serves authentic sushi and sashimis. We came about six years ago and nothing had changed. Rice is well prepared, it is an essential element. For the fish, the chef works if possible with the local fishery of the day, so you will not always have everything on the map - but the fish is of quality. a note also the very good artisanal ice creams with several Japanese perfumes (black sesame, wasabi, green tea...).And if the chef seems a bit drunk at first, he is delighted to share his passion for fish as he has the opportunity.
