Went to order a pie. I asked the tall racist guy at the register how long would it take for a Margherita pizza pie. He responded to me saying “5mins, 10 mins, its not Mcdonald’s”, it takes time” Only thing I wanted to know was how long would it take to make the pie just so I know if I can wait for it or not). I was very aware that I was not in Mcdonald’s. There was no reason for his attitude and rudeness. If you can’t answer a simple question, then this job isn’t for you. Don’t waste your money here.
The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing. When I asked for a menu to see what they offered, the cashier's response was nonsensical and unhelpful. Her lack of communication skills made the experience even worse. Because of the poor service, I decided not to order anything as it wasn't worth it. My friend had already ordered a gyro wrap, but she was not impressed with the taste, describing it as plastic-like. I would not recommend ordering food from this establishment.
I used to live in Rockaway years ago and would always come to this restaurant after work at the YMCA. Today, I walked in and noticed how quiet it was. When I asked why, I was told it was under new management, and you could immediately tell. The vibe, atmosphere, and food were not the same as before. It's really disappointing. This used to be the best pizza in Rockaway.
Not really sure why this one man is working there for so long but he's lacking the basic customer service skillset that one should possess in hospitality. Food is mid range and really not worth the 6 dollars for a sweet chili chicken slice!!?? Wow you must have a high rent to pay. Full disclosure, i went there this time out of convienance.

Great pepperoni cup pizza that's loaded with pepperoni and a spicy sauce with a little kick. I think it's one of the best slices (even though it's a rectangle) in the city. I stop in every time I go to Rockaway. Chicken ranch was extra yummy. My 6 year old loves the cheese pizza. Good staff. Good prices. Highly recommend.
When this restaurant first opened, it was good. However, the food quality has declined since then. During my last visit, I encountered an unfriendly white man with an Afro working behind the counter and displaying a bad attitude.
Been buying from here since they opened but the quality of the food has severely gone down while the prices have gone up their customer service is atrocious definitely won’t be going back after today’s experience
Got takeout pizza slice was fresh &tasty, lovely lil joint to have a sit-down as they’ve got outdoor seating
