originally it was great at the arrival. the ambiente was beautiful and there was a nice soft radio. the place seemed calm and with a sober elegance. the waiter was not very informatiw about any suggestions on the menu, and he was quite young so he did not want to actually help or answer any questions. most of the answers were yes and no without background or additional information. then the family behind which is not controllable was a discussion about where her daughter would go to college. unnecessary to say the mother must have had quite a few glasses wein, and pressed her dissatisfaction of her daughter's choice and accused her only to take care of money. it filled the room with its anno...

the service was amazing. I came early for my reservation (my mistake) and they were amazing. that was not great for the price. I had the seafood trio. the scallops were very small and finished. the garnels were good and the lobster was very hard to eat. the waiting staff was amazing. it was a great quiet place to dinner. I'll give them another try to try something else.

So glad your restaurant showed up On TripAdvisor with great recommendations. I had the Squash Ravioli and my husband had the filet. Both were delicious and beautifully presented. We had the roasted red pepper hummus platter for our app and it was a flavorful prelude to our enjoyable meal. We will definitely be back next time we are in Duluth!
