Bob Chinn's Crab House

The only reminder of the restaurant's glory days is the wall of fame near the main entrance. We visited four years ago and had a wonderful experience with high-quality food. However, since the pandemic, everything has changed dramatically. The oysters were chewy, small, and not properly cleaned. The salmon seemed to be pre-cooked and then just quickly broiled to warm it up. The whole bass had the same issue as the salmon. The sides were greasy and barely warm. Overall, I wouldn't recommend visiting this place if you want to enjoy your evening and not waste your money.

I had a wonderful dining experience here, featuring excellent service and a variety of delicious options for both seafood enthusiasts and those who prefer other cuisines. The prices are quite reasonable considering the high quality of the food. The restaurant is conveniently located in a pleasant suburban area, and there's ample parking available. If you're on the lookout for a great and memorable dining spot, this place is definitely worth a visit.

This restaurant is incredibly spacious! The service was both knowledgeable and attentive. We decided to order fish and king crab, and all the side dishes were delightful, especially the garlic bread and potatoes! The diverse flavor options for the seafood were a refreshing take on classic seafood restaurants. I believe this place truly lives up to the hype!

Diner Guy here took Diner Gal out for her birthday and we had a great time at Bob Chin's. BIG SHOUT OUT to our server J.D. steering us the right way, great guy, genuine and lots of fun. Best seafood experience by far!! Took my wife for her birthday and she was beyond happy! We both ordered a mai tai which was amazing. Ny wife had the snow crab 20oz and she was in heaven!! Thank you for the fast service. I do t think we waited more than5-10 mins for our food. And we were very much taken care of!

Our family has been dining here for over 20 years, and it’s safe to say that the food is outstanding. The seafood is brought in fresh each day, and the garlic rolls are made from scratch.

We celebrated our 10-year anniversary, and it was absolutely wonderful! It's our anniversary tradition, and you can't beat the dinner for two. I'm still feeling full today!
