This was the worst experience I have had. We were there for an hour and a half and only got drinks!!! The manager cleaned our table sat us and got us our drinks because our server was nowhere to be found!!! She then came up slouched over our booth and took the order... She went and messed around with some things around the back and asked if we wanted refills, we said yes and she never brand us them but helped EVERY table around us so finally I stopped the manager and said we wanted to cancel the order and we left the restaurant. This is my childhood Bob Evans and its sad to see it go down hill so bad...
Please do not go here if you have a seafood allergy! I was told due to my allergy I couldn’t have anything from the grill or the fryer due to them using the same grill and fryer for all of their food! I asked for the manager and she would not come to the table. Our poor server kept apologizing and she was lovely. We never got to talk to the manager and I called corporate and they were confused as to why a different grill or dryer could be used as each location has multiple. I just wanted to warn everyone that they are not allergy conscious at all!
I’ve ordered online from this restaurant three times now, and once again, they didn’t fulfill my entire order. I called to address the issue, but they couldn’t locate my order! I will not be ordering or eating here again. The service is terrible, and the staff lacks basic customer service skills. I was told I would receive a refund, but that turned out to be untrue. Overall, this is a horrible business.
I always love the food here but we waited to be seated and no one even came up to us for 15 minutes. Staff was just talking and folding silverware. Finally someone came up and asked how many our party had and said he was going to check the wait and 10 minutes passed and he never came back. He was pouring coffee and talking. We just walked out.

We had a party of 10-11 people there on Wednesday, most of whom were in their late 80s. Our server, Josh, was the best I've ever encountered. He was incredibly patient and attentive to everyone, even while managing several other tables. I can't say enough good things about him. I was truly impressed.
The staff at this location is highly unprofessional. It was a very disappointing experience.
