I used to spend family time here almost every weekend growing up. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is excellent It used to be always packed, but just recently I can see where, there’s really not much going on at the location anymore. if they paid attention to the orders that they took to making sure that the drinks were filled, and that everything would be done to the minimal of what you would expect as a waitress. I guess I’m trying to say is is it you guys should probably take better steps to maintaining customer service and attentiveness of servers. you guys should probably have a talk with your servers and let them know that customer service like that is unacceptable. Thank you Jason, you being my server, made my experience so much better. But the female that seated me was rude ?, and even though I smiled at her, she did not smile back or even act like she even cared that I was there. As a server for years myself, I know the job as a hostess is to keep the front area clean such as the glass doors, which were filthy. For Bob Evans I was really surprised. Thank goodness the food was good, and Jason was great. Need more help like him.

Stopped in for Lunch. Was seated at a dirty table which we ended up cleaning off ourselves. Opened my silver ware to find food stuck to it. Ask for coffee and water, never received water. Ordered what is suppose to be made fresh daily rolls, which were dry, hard and tasted like straight yeast.Had to ask 3 times for a refill on our coffee. Asking for check now before we even get our food as we are kinda afraid to eat it.

Good food. Rarely have a problem with how the food is prepared. And they come out new stuff every once in a while. Wanted to make a special mention about Linda. She's been working there for a while, and it is always great to have her as our waitress.

Very tasty. Had the two biscuit sandwiches with a side of sausage gravy and hash browns. I’ll definitely be back.
